At Stillgarden Distillery in Inchicore, Daire and the team lead you through a distillery tour, botanical tasting, cocktail masterclass, and hands-on gin making. You’ll create, bottle, and label your own spirit, while enjoying drinks and a charcuterie board. The 2-hour-15-minute experience is for ages 18 and over.

At Stillgarden Distillery in Dublin 8, you spend 60 minutes making two signature cocktails with fresh ingredients and molecular touches. You also learn about distillation, see the equipment in action, and sample a welcome drink. Hosts including Glen and Jake bring an easy, social feel. Pizza and salads are available afterward.

Spend 2.5 hours with a private Dublin host, walking from Cow’s Lane through Temple Bar and the old Viking quarter to pubs such as Darkey Kelly’s. You’ll collect a clue envelope near Trinity College, then follow riddles and tasks through central Dublin to solve an 1899 murder. This self-guided walk takes about 90 minutes to two hours and includes Temple Bar, Trinity College, and Parliament House. Bring weather protection, since the clues are printed on paper.
