At Stillgarden Distillery in Dublin 8, you spend 60 minutes making two signature cocktails with fresh ingredients and molecular touches. You also learn about distillation, see the equipment in action, and sample a welcome drink. Hosts including Glen and Jake bring an easy, social feel. Pizza and salads are available afterward.
